ABOUT THE FESTIVAL The Festival began in 1990 when the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City began a small busking event. The locals really warmed to it but after a few years the event outgrew the resources of a volunteer organisation. Since being relaunched in 2000 it has been growing in stature each year. It is now the premier street theatre event in NSW and continues to grow with each passing year.
